General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qa999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qa999 online gaming platform accessible at qa999.ws ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the qa999 Platform. The following rules apply to the registration and management of your account:

Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or different identities — will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any accrued balances forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qa999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. qa999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside qa999's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. qa999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously associated with the account.
• qa999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity is inconsistent with normal usage patterns.
• Funds deposited in error (e.g. duplicate deposits) will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts already wagered from the erroneously deposited sum.
• qa999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in cash. All transactions must be conducted through supported digital payment channels.

Deposits credited to your qa999 account balance are held solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. qa999 is not a bank or financial institution; your account balance does not accrue interest and is not protected by any government deposit-guarantee scheme.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qa999 offers various bonus and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has cleared and the bonus has been explicitly activated in the Promotions section of your account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the point of activation. Wagering requirements must be met before any portion of a bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. A player who creates multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qa999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. All transactions on qa999 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary players.

Limitation of Liability

Responsible Gaming Obligations
